However, if the order has already been shipped, the return process will apply (as outlined in Section 2). c. Unopened and Unused Products: We accept returns and offer refunds for unopened and unused products within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same brand new condition as when you received it.

For unopened/unused products, the packaging must be sealed as if it is brand new and not used. d. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping for damaged or defective products will be covered by us. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a carrier pickup. For unopened/unused products, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. e. Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process a refund to the original payment method or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.
